The Magazine systehma (https://if-weinheim.de/systhema/systhema/) gave me the wonderful opportunity of writing an article about my masterthesis. In this article I introduce my thesis and the results. I further explain these results in the context of systemic thinking and working, e. g. how these fife pillars could be used in therapy or for changes in big companies.
